Three things to be aware of: clearing your browser's site data (or "clear history/cookies") deletes them, a private/incognito window forgets everything when you close it, and Safari deletes a website's storage after seven days without a visit, so on iPhone the free App Store app is the safer home for your scripts. Scripts are also per-browser and per-device: a script saved in Chrome on your laptop won't appear in Safari or on your phone. Yes. Click Import script files in the sidebar and pick one or more .txt or .md files. Each becomes a script, with the file name as its title. You can select many at once, so a whole folder of scripts loads in one go, with no copy-and-paste. The Sort button next to it orders all scripts by name (click again for reverse order), and you can drag any script to a different spot. It pairs with the Export button: export your scripts as text files, then re-import them in another browser or on another device. The files are read locally in your browser and never uploaded.

This site never records, stores or receives your audio. Voice tracking uses your browser's built-in speech recognition; depending on your browser, speech is converted to text by the browser vendor (Google in Chrome, Apple in Safari, often on-device). The microphone is only active while voice tracking is switched on, and the manual scrolling mode never uses it at all. Details in the privacy policy.

Manual scrolling, scripts and all settings work in every modern browser, on desktop, tablet and phone. Voice tracking needs a browser with built-in speech recognition: Google Chrome is the most reliable, Edge and Safari work too, Firefox has no speech recognition. On iPhone and iPad the free App Store app uses Apple's speech recognition directly.

Yes. Any teleprompter that works as an external monitor (for example the Elgato Prompter connected over USB-C) can display this page: drag the browser window onto the prompter's screen, press start, and you're ready to record, with voice-controlled auto-scroll included. For classic beam-splitter rigs that mirror a phone, tablet or monitor, turn on mirror horizontally in the settings panel and the text reads correctly through the glass. The reading-line position is adjustable so you can match it to your camera height.

As many as you want. There is no limit, and no point at which you're asked to upgrade, because there is nothing to upgrade to. When you record several scripts in a row, you don't need to leave the prompter between them: the ‹ › buttons, the ← → keys, or a sideways swipe on a phone jump straight to the previous or next script, voice tracking included.
